All customers are free to appeal.

Customers > Customers of RACS which got Notice of Decision after doing a complainment.

Policy
A customer who got a Notice of Decision on the base of an complaint can make this the base of an appeal.
Appeal Process
An applicant who is subject to an decision may appeal the decision by mailing a
Notice of Appeal to RACS within forty-five (45) days of the date that such decision was
mailed (based on postmark or electronic equivalent).
If you have been depicted in any content and would
like to appeal to remove any such content, please contact us via eMail. If there should be a disagreement
regarding this appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral body.
The Notice of Appeal must contain the individual’s
statement of the basis of the appeal, as well as any documents in support of the appeal.
